Complete the necessary steps to begin your Genesis retirement process:
Contact Human Resources and Manager: notify your Human Resources and your manager of planned retirement.
Review the Are You Ready to Retire document: this document provides information on how to begin your Genesis pension and request a distribution from your 401(k), if applicable.
Some Retirees are eligible to enroll in Retiree Benefits: Review the Retiree Letter to determine if you meet the qualifications to enroll.
If you are over age 55 and have worked at least 10 years for the company, you will receive Retiree Life benefits: complete the Beneficiary Designation form.
If you are retiring before age 65 and have worked at least 10 years for the company, you are eligible to enroll in Retiree Medical and Dental Benefits: complete the Retiree Enrollment form and return to the BenefitsConnections team.
